How do demo and live accounts differ?
Demo accounts use virtual funds to help you learn the interface and trading process. Live accounts involve real funds and price movements can cause losses. Demo results do not predict live performance. Check the account environment before acting.
Can I place an order on the home page?
The home page lets you explore markets and instruments. To place an order, open the trading terminal, log in, choose a demo or live account, and review the instrument, quote and trading conditions.
How do I start trading after registration?
Verify your email and log in to the trading terminal. On the accounts page, check which account types are available and apply for a demo or live account. Once opened, select it to view available instruments, quotes and trading records.
What if I have not received the verification email?
Check your spam folder and email address, then resend the message from the email verification page. Contact support if you still cannot verify your email.

Return to the trading terminal in the original account environment. The page checks the original operation automatically; review positions and executions to confirm the result. Do not submit again while the result is unclear. If needed, contact support with the time and the message shown.
